Vacation rentals with a patio in Juárez

Outstanding service The place is very nice and spacious, bright It has parking and surveillance. The area is one of my favorites in CDMX, a Soriana and a Chedraui half a block away. The subway is nearby. The place was spotless, maybe my only complaint would be that the internet failed a lot, nothing serious because we only used it for quick work things but it would be good to check it out. Nothing serious, everything was excellent

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Next time I'm in CDMX I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again

Luxurious and beautiful apartment

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Our stay in the apartment exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable with a metro station practically in front; the cleanliness and order with which we found it were impeccable; everything in the apartment worked very well; Marcela was always attentive to our arrival and was very kind and flexible in terms of arrival and departure time; the instructions to locate the place were clear and accurate; I recommend it 100% and I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would stay again. Antonio was very welcoming and communicated well with us. The stay was very convenient for our flight out of Terminal 2.

The place is small, perfect for 2 people. What we loved was the cleanliness and order, as well as the good quality and condition of all the furniture and facilities. They are some of the best hosts I have ever had

The house is very well laid out and very clean. It is a great option to stay with friends or family since the whole house is connected to each other, the living room and the hall communicate with each other and with the rooms. Although the house is somewhat cold at night, it is a good option for the spring and summer season as it stays cool and lightens the heat.

The stay was exactly as seen in the photos. Kyra is an excellent host, always attentive to if we needed anything or were comfortable in addition to being very kind. The location is safe and the surroundings quiet since it is a residential area.

We were delighted with the house super comfortable, Super location, Unique detail does not have fans the house is cool but for hot people if fans would be needed!

Very cool space in Coyoacán within a mile of the main square. Walkable to restaurants and park. Unique decor, decent bed, functional kitchen & living area with the amenities needed. Nice size bedroom and shower/bathroom. Safe area. Easy to Uber anywhere around CDMX. Cool little semi-private outdoor courtyard too. Feels very open. We liked it here and the hosts are responsive.

Cristy was an attentive host and always responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had during our stay. She was a good resource for restaurant recommendations as she is a food blogger. My parents arrived a couple of days before us and she welcomed them generously and ensured their comfort prior to our arrival. This unit is located in a great area and walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The house is very nice and spacious. Close to places to go out in Coyoacán. I would definitely come back without a thought :)

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

It is a functional and comfortable condo. Very quiet building and street during my stay. Good location with many nearby interesting spots. Very easy communication with a very responsive host.

Emilio was great and very attentive. The apartment was clean and close to where we needed to go for work. I would definitely recommend this please.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. The outdoor terrace is lovely. The living room/kitchen can be a little small for 6 people but we haven't spent a lot of time there. Access to the apartment is facilitated by the caretaker.

Great place for the value. We really enjoyed the sweet little courtyard and quiet privacy from the hustle and bustle while still being close to lots of exciting spots. The bed was SO comfy, appreciated the blackout curtains as well. The house stays cool and was all very comfortable with beautiful furniture.

This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever! This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I loved the outdoor living room with the large island with lots of stools. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. This place really had everything that we needed. The location was also fantastic! It was near so many great food spots and walkable to a lot of places. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough.

It is very nice, as in the photos, in the corner there are some very good taquitos, if you are going to use the metro you are very close to the San Cosme station and in general it connects quickly with several areas of interest, we will definitely return. David is an excellent host, quick to respond and is very kind. Recommended 100%
