Je recommande les yeux fermés ⚡️ Le lieux est assez frais même quand il fait chaud et l’espace de la chambre du haut avec la deuxième salle de bain permet aussi d’être plus isolé parfois. La deco est top et la terrasse tellement agréable ! Merci !!

Vanessa's home is gorgeous, quiet, conveniently located and overall as good or better than reviews state. The communication was easy and prompt and everything quite organized. I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Mexico City.

Me alojé en el acogedor apartamento durante un mes y tenía todo lo que necesitaba durante ese tiempo. La ubicación es realmente funcional: se puede llegar a pie a todas partes del centro histórico y hay buenas conexiones de transporte con otros lugares. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue fluida y amigable en todo momento. Los vecinos también fueron amables. Espero regresar algún día.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay here! Giordana was so helpful and had lots of great recommendations, especially related to architecture and design in the city.

I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

El departamento era muy comodo y limpio. Esta en una muy buena locacion con muchas cafes y restaurantes cerca.

Loved our stay. Plenty of room for a couple. Nice shared rooftop. There was a bit of street noise, but nothing we couldn't drown out with a fan. Good location. Easy check in and communication. They let us keep our bags for a few extra hours after check out, which was super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The hosts were great, quick to respond and helpful. The place is great! You can tell it was well curated and loved for, with comfortable mattress, an authentic MCM Le Corbusier Lounge chair, ample closet space and best of all, functional bidet. The location is great and walkable, within close proximity to all the great bars and restuarants Roma Norte has to offer. Will definitely book this or another place of theirs.

Great location; felt very safe. Plenty of shops and dining area in walkable distance. The place has an elevator. Only negative is no wall a/c unit but the place has windows you can open for cool breeze at night and a fan. Felt very comfortable.

Estuve varios días, la verdad el lugar muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar mi estadía, cerca de lugares turísticos, restaurantes, cafeterías, un lugar muy ordenado y limpio, Rafael desde el principio mi amable desde que llegué me explicó todo el funcionamiento, agradezco sus atenciones 😊 sería un lugar que volvería a llegar en otra estancia en la ciudad

This was our first time in Mexico City and we absolutely loved our stay at Fabianas. The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. Plus, Fabiana shared us lots of local recommendations which was really helpful! 10\10 would recommend - thank you 😊

Definitely coming back, love the neighborhood, you don’t need a car, you can find from restaurants, coffee shops shops, little boutiques, grocery store , everything is walkable. Host Luz was very friendly, helpful with our request and concerns .

Clean, private place. Restaurants nearby. My favorite was the bathroom and shower. It looked clean. Would definitely stay again.

Nos gustó mucho el lugar, estaba super bien ubicado, nos quedaban cerca muchos lugares y era una zona muy segura. El departamento está bonito y cómodo, no tuvimos ningún problema, volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí:)

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos, está en una zona segura y muy accesible. Columba una super host, siempre al pendiente y asegurándose que todo estuviera bien. El personal de seguridad del edificio también excelente atención.

Carlos and team were so great during our stay. They went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. I had accidently left my Airpods in the Uber on our way from the airport and he immediately helped coordinate help with getting the Uber driver to drop them off with security while we were out. So thankful for that. Also, one of the days we were there, some work was being done with the water and we wouldn't be able to use it for ~4 hours. They provided plenty of bottled water for us during that time and were kind enough to refund that night for the inconvenience. Everything is pretty walkable. It's a little loud but that's expected in a big city. They provided earplugs and we just brought a speaker and played some white noise at night to drown it out so not a big deal at all. The house was beautiful and the patio was so great! Very happy with our stay!

Agustina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente de todo. El departamento esta en una zona segura, tranquila y accesible para caminar hacia los lugares turísticos. A unos cuantos pasos el oxxo, una fruteria, panaderia, tienda de abarrotes y farmacia. En cuanto a la limpieza, el departamento estaba impecable y la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Nos encantó que el edificio tuviera un rooftop del que se podía ver toda la ciudad. En general fue una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda volveríamos!!
