Derek’s place worked well for our Thanksgiving with family in Delta. It was big enough to fit our whole family. It was conveniently located. Derek was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Mandi was an amazing host! She let us check in early, brought us extras, and helped promptly when needed. Great stay & beautiful home!

This house is absolutely delightful! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed with another baseball family and enjoyed the large kitchen and grill. We were able to save $ because they had everything we needed to cook for two families at the house. Parents and kids slept well in the comfortable beds with room to spread out. We enjoyed the yard and room for kids to play. We felt safe in the rural, small town neighborhood. Kambree is a kind host with excellent communication. We will be back again!

The house is beautiful, and the yard is really peaceful. The natural light is beautiful! And all of the bedrooms had room darkening shades so you could control how much you get. There's also lots of open space. Plenty of Bathrooms and easy for a group on different schedules. There's a great coffee shop within a short walk, and plenty of options for food close by. Easy freeway access, but still quiet and peaceful. The mattresses on the main beds are quite firm - just a heads-up for anyone with a bad back. The bunk bed mattresses were a bit softer. The only issues we had were that counter was sticky, the grill was dirty, we had to remove a few spiders, and there were some dead bugs in the windowsill. I would've rated cleanliness when we got there at 4.5 stars if it was an option. All things considered, our stay was amazing. The owner was generous and kind, and responsive when we had questions. Check-in and check-out was really easy and straightforward.

This is our 2nd time at this lovely home! We love it! Truly a home away from home when we are in town to visit family! Thank you for hosting us!

Worked perfectly for what I needed

Will was awesome! the room was very clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and Walmart is right across the street.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. For what we paid, I expected a dumpy motel room. It was very clean and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. It's right across from Walmart and in short walking distance of a couple fast food restaurants. We visited for a softball tournament and were only 2 minutes from the fields. We would absolutely stay again next year.

The place is nice and quiet. Matched the pictures and the host was always very responsive!

This was just what we needed to rest, for work during the day and some private time to talk while in town supporting a loved one through a difficult time. Thank you for a quiet, peaceful place of respite.

This was the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. So worth it for the price and it was just the two of us. A very spacious, modern, and CLEAN place to stay. It is so peaceful here and the views of the mountains that you can see just standing in the kitchen/eating at the table are underrated. I have celiac disease so I prefer to cook my own food to ensure I don’t get sick. This place allowed me to just purchase groceries up the street at walmart and use all of the different types of pans and bowls provided in the apartment to make my food. Not to mention, the appliances are incredible. The oven, fridge, and microwave were veryyyy nice and modern. The bed was so comfy we slept good every night. I cant express how peaceful this airbnb made our trip. Really felt like we could turn it in to our home for the short period we stayed. Getting in was incredibly easy and we felt very safe and at ease the entire time. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs somewhere to sleep in Ephraim

The wrong unit was given to us, we entered a unit that was dirty and looked like another guest was staying there. We called the owner and it was corrected right away, and the correct unit # was given to us. The place was very clean and had almost everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient & nearby the venue where we were attending a wedding.
