The apartment, meanwhile, is perfectly arranged and there is everything you need. Thanks again for everything.

I was met at the entrance by Michelle who was absolutely lovely. She patiently showed me every nuance making sure I was comfortable including walking me to the car park. This place is located in a busy area with everything you can need - even a grocery store ( thanks, Michelle, for pointing that out). Quick walk to the train. Easy to drive in and out of the city.

This is a unique space with incredible attention to detail. The location is ideal to discover Tours and the beautiful Loire Valley area. We hope to be back sometime next year!

Comfortable and well-equipped

We really liked the stay at the house, very quiet area and the host was very friendly.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay at Christele's accomodation. The centre of Tours was in a short walking distance or easy access via public transport. Street parking was readily avaliable & within short walking distance to the apartment. Our host was very accomodating with any questions we had regarding the area & our apartment. Would highly recommend.

Studio as described, in a very quiet building while being ideally located. (Close to shops, restaurants, places to visit...) Pierre and Kari are very responsive and communication was always very pleasant.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

My wife and I stayed for one night on a trip. Albert met us in person, showed us the reserved parking space almost in front of the entrance, escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is small, everything is very compact. But for one night it was quite comfortable. If you need parking for a day or two, you can't find a better offer!

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A nice welcome gift from the host and a full set of everything you need for self-catering. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Attentive, friendly and helpful host. Easy communication and necessary recommendations. Convenient location in relation to the bus station (4 minutes' walk) and the railway station (12 minutes' walk). Convenient location in relation to the shopping centers Intermache (10 minutes walk) and Les Atlantes (15 minutes walk). We'd love to come back and recommend it to everyone.
