During the first exchanges, we have a few misunderstandings. On the other hand, once there, Sébastien was kind and took the time to explain to me the means of access and useful practical information. The place was nice in a relatively quiet residence. A little extra is that it tends to keep the cool in summer if you ventilate it at the right time and close the shutters. This allowed me to spend a period of warmth, no problem.

Very good stay. Very welcoming host and attentive to us. A very pleasant studio that matches the listing well. Transport next door and large shops very close. Elevator also available. Seriously recommend this studio.

I had a pleasant stay. Mathilde is very responsive. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. Its location is ideal, located close to the train station and close to bus stops, which greatly facilitates getting around. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to have a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Studio as described, in a very quiet building while being ideally located. (Close to shops, restaurants, places to visit...) Pierre and Kari are very responsive and communication was always very pleasant.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

We had a lovely weekend at Karen's place. Very nice apartment in a quiet area but close to Vieux Tours. We were able to park easily and for free. Karen responds quickly to messages. The city of Tours is beautiful. We'll come back.
