My place is located in Ballan Miré, 5 km from Tours, 10 min from Château de Villandry. Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city center. The house has 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with private bathroom renovated in 2018, 1 fitted kitchen renovated in 2018, 1 mezzanine dining room renovated in 2018 and 1 living room renovated in 2022 with pool view. 3000 m² plot with a large swimming pool renovated in 2022 (14 m long) heated with diving board not overlooked, a pétanque court.

This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.
