Building as in the description. I have never been so well received in a home, they are super helpful, polite, kind. I arrived at the house, which was extremely fragrant, with the air conditioning on, cake and juice waiting for us. They sent us directions and always responded quickly!

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. The host was very helpful, always responding to me very quickly. Thank you!

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

Compact and sufficient for single or couple! Lincoln was very helpful from the beginning, the place was organized and clean, we just missed bed linens and better cleaning on the sofa bed (but it is very comfortable!), market and restaurants nearby! We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

We are always greeted with great affection by D.Sonia, a wonderful person, full of light. The house is getting better and better, and everything works perfectly ! Property well located, close to markets, bakery, pharmacy , kiosks and snack bars. Every time we return, it will always be in D.sonia that we will stay.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

We love our stay in the apartment! The decor is charming, everything is tasteful, extremely clean and fragrant. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Celsi was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. We stayed as a couple and with our pet, who also loved it! We definitely want to come back on an upcoming visit to Santos. I highly recommend it!

Great stay!! The apartment was neatly clean and organized. Very comfortable and equipped according to the announcement, had everything we needed. The building is very well located and close to the beach... just cross the avenue. The concierge Ronaldo was always very attentive, as well as the other employees. In spite of the rain of the fds, we took the opportunity to wander through everything, and the best, without taking the car out of the driveway. Maria Neide was always available and requested, and also made our check-in more flexible. It was a wonderful experience. We'll be back for sure!!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location is simply perfect — facing the beach and kiosks, with a hypermarket nearby. The space is well ventilated, clean and equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, the shower has good pressure, but undoubtedly the view was what pleased me the most. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment was very well maintained, very organized and clean. We loved it and the view was amazing.

Beautiful view, a delight to wake up and see the beach in the window. Super clean and cozy apartment, with several amenities such as Chromecast, bath towels, bed linen, even coffee in the closet, in addition to Gabriel's service, who was attentive and helpful from the reservation to our departure. Friendly building staff, parking on the street was super easy, with nearby shops that make it safer to leave the vehicle in front of the building. Next to the VLT, with a fair on Saturday mornings 500 meters away, you can walk and get to know the neighborhood. Anyway, it was a great stay. Super recommend!!!

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.

The best airbnb I've ever met. Clean, organized, and lindaooo!!!! What good taste there is who decorated this apt!!!! Congratulations. There is a furniture that is a swing, right in the living room!!!! the beds are all comfortable. I like to sleep with TV, so my husband and I stayed with the bedroom that has two single beds. Two large rooms (I loved this) and a smaller one, all suites!!! both the bedroom window and the glass door of the room, even closed look like the frame of a picture of the immense blue sea, I'm so in love with the place that at that moment I'm still here because I took another 5 days!!! hahahahaha Thank You ( I'm Fernanda's wife of Murilo)
