We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live, and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this lovely city! We are a family of 5 with small children who live upstairs, so some sound from children's feet running across the floor is to be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with great beds, spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and toys/games for both children and adults. There is free parking in the carport and the possibility of charging an electric vehicle.

15 min to Preikestolen

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Short way to the city center whether you walk or drive. Here you can enjoy good food and drinks. Ice bar, skate park and a small market in the square. If you want to experience other places in the municipality or want a day trip to Stavanger city, it is a 3 min walk to the bus stop for public transport. Nice view of the lake and islets. Short distance to the beach. In the apartment you will find information about buses and attractions in Jørpeland.

Det er egen terrasse tilknyttet leiligheten, og det finnes også grill og trampoline som fritt kan disponeres. Leiligheten har dere helt alene. Verten bor i etasjen over. Fin natur, nær offentlig badestrand. Ca. 20 min å kjøre til Preikestolområdet. Ca. 30 min. å kjøre til Stavanger sentrum. Rolig og familievennlig. Elbillader i gårdsrom(2,5 NOK pr. kWh)

Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt med butikker, restauranter, barer og kafeer med noen få minutters gange. Det er det perfekte stedet for aktiviteter som fotturer, båtutleie, kajakkpadling eller shopping. Bussen rett utenfor dørstokken kan ta deg til Preikestolen, Stavanger, sola flyplass etc.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Sit down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can go swimming in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.
