We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live, and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this beautiful city! We are a family of 5 with small children living on the upper floor, so some sound from children's feet running across the floor must be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with good beds, spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is free parking in the carport and possibility to charge an electric car.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Comfortable small apartment, 10 minutes from the city center. Bus every 15 minutes. Less an hour from Preikestolen. Charging for electric cars on the site, as well as fast charger just nearby. Located in scenic area of Stavanger but with a short distance to sights, nightlife and or the opportunity to just enjoy quiet charm. Ideal for 2 people who can share bed. Late check in? Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet location and with views of the fjord and mountains only about 20 minutes (by car) from Preikestolen, probably the most famous excursion destination with us. The Kjerag is also easily accessible from here. Pets are welcome. We warmly welcome a maximum of 6 guests. You will stay in the lower, fully furnished apartment. In summer, sun from 10 am to sunset. We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
