My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any questions I messaged to Javier he quickly responded. I’m so grateful to have been able to experience this home and property and the Tillamook location. This was truly so special. I am from the Los Angeles area and come to Oregon in March once a year to visit my little sister and her daughter. Thank you to Javier and his family for sharing their home. We enjoyed the cows, the property and all the frogs at night. Not to mention all the other activities we did. Thank you so much.

Beautiful place, great area located centrally in McMinnville. Easy to walk downtown and a short drive to either Portland or Salem. Definitely recommend for both short and long term stays.

This property was just as described. Perfectly situated right on the river. If you like to fish this is the place. It is not however a place for small children. There is not a yard and the steep stairs to the river could be problematic for older guests. There is a nice deck. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and open to the great room. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is a ship’s ladder. The one bathroom is on the main floor and it is nice. There is another bedroom right across from the bathroom on the main floor. It has bunk beds but the bottom bunk is probably a double. The kitchen is well equipped, but no dishwasher. Joseph gives a lot of instructions around the very steep drive. Please read carefully he is not exaggerating! We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues. Joseph is very responsive. I had a perceived issue and he immediately was trying to resolve the problem. He was kind and understanding. This property is in a beautiful setting and very private. Would stay again.
