Apartment 15 km from Kongsberg in scenic surroundings. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with dining area, cozy living room, hall with heating cables in the floor and a spacious and good bathroom. Private bedroom facing the forest. Suitable for 2 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be used and the apartment is equipped for 4 people. We live 380m.o.h and it is a short distance to the mountain, with nice hiking terrain and superb ski slopes in winter (3 km by car)

Charming apartment building from 1860

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe and desk Quiet and sunny location, porch with exit to common garden. 5 minutes to walk to the city center and to the railway station. Access by car from Klemsgate. Street road leads into the back of the house, with parking and garages. Private carport with an additional car parking space is included.

The house is only 15 min walk from USN and FTO. 5 min drive up to Kongsberg Ski Center. Very nice view to the ski center. Leaving: Malt panel on walls and ceiling Flooring: Telemark design laminate, tile in the bathrooms, laundry room and entrance hall. Step sound plates in all floors, including basement. Kitchen: Norema kitchen with Miele appliances. (fridge and freezer is AEG) heating: Energy well with floor heating in 100% of the home, very warm and warm house. Constant heat at 24-25 degrees.

The cabin is located on the slopes of the Funkelia mountain just 15 min drive from the Kongsberg city center. Its a cosy room appartmen with a loft with a wooden style and a large terasse. Its close to the woods and mountains, you can take walks from the house or drive futher to get higher up on the mountain tops. Its a nice place with friendly neighbours on a farm area. Here you can also go swimming in the river in the summer and go skiing in the winter. And its close to the big ski resort in Kongsberg.
