One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

We were welcomed in this beautiful home, refurbished and with a magnificent view! Pierre and his wife were responsive and flexible with our expectations and requests. I would absolutely recommend it!

We stayed 4 nights in the quietly located house with two children. The house has everything you need to live. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about 20 minutes walk. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. In the morning, we only heard the birds chirping. Sebastien is easy to reach and responds very quickly to any questions. There is also a friendly assistant who is always available. The welcome email included an easy-to-understand video for self check-in. We definitely recommend this place and would come back ourselves.

We traveled as a family to Paris and spent a week. We were in 3 different properties, and. The only place we were able to rest as if we were at home was Patrick's property. The location and property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000-star host. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Communication with the host was smooth—quick replies and very helpful throughout. Experiencing an AirB&B for the first time can be very worrying; however, if all hosts were like Ludovic, there would be no doubt. The apartment is in a building complex, in a very quiet area, where several shops, including a full grocery store located 3 minutes' walk away, can meet all our food needs. Access is restricted to the occupants of the building, which makes everything absolutely safe. The apartment is as represented by the host. Everything is very clean. A small balcony invited us to relax there on our return and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. The RER is about a 20-minute walk, however, a bus circuit that can be used is a 4-minute walk and takes us to the RER in a very short time. A hiking trail is located close to us leading to the Marne. If you decide to choose to stay outside the heart of Paris, Ludovic's apartment in St-Maurice is the perfect place. Ludovic

We are happy staying at Kevin’s place. The area is peaceful with some nice restaurants and a very nice pastry store. Kevin is very helpful, responsive and the check in instructions was clear. We will stay here again if we come back to Paris.

We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a great stay and also a great way to end our Europe trip. The place smelled great, spacious, private, super accessible to metros so you can get in the main city in 30 minutes. We had a wonderful stay! Carine and Olivier were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, which made our visit really special. I had a great experience at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you immediately notice when you enter. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay, it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally – that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I highly recommend this place. Five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, this is the place to be.

Like last time, everything was perfect!

The stay was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. It’s very close to the RER station, which takes you easily to the center of Paris. There’s also a well-stocked Carrefour store very close to the station. The apartment is lovely, located in a green area, fully equipped, modern, and comfortable. Mrs. Emily is very friendly and understanding. Everything was 10 out of 10!

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful
