Ryan's place was beautiful, both the suroundings and the house, it was very peaceful and the place was very clean, We would stay again if we are in the area.

Teri is an incredible host! She always answers messages quickly and is very kind and helpful.

We had a nice stay, the cabin is cozy and comfortable. The location is great, easy to access local attractions, parks, and hikes. It is quiet and peaceful in the forest; deer and turkeys roaming right outside. There are some other houses nearby but we didn’t see anyone else. The beds are comfortable; my kids got a kick out of the massage bed upstairs. The mechanicals and appliances were easy to use, the hot tub was great and the controls were super easy to follow. Communication with the host and property manager was confusing at times but we figured things out. The instructions sent via the app, a website they shared, and the house binder, were sometimes contradictory. Some of the supplies were limited. 10am checkout was a bit early for us so we had to scramble on the last morning. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time.

I checked out today and honestly do not have anything negative to say about this place. It was perfect for me working at monument health and would recommend this place to anyone visiting for short term or a long term stay. I was here for a month and was able to enjoy so many things that were very close by. I walked my dog daily to the park right up the road and I know he was very happy. His favorite spot in the house was laying in front of the fire place while I watched a movie or tv. It was cool to have Netflix and other options to watch at no cost. Overall this should definitely be an option for you if you are visiting Rapid or traveling here for work.
