Yes, we are open after the hurricane. The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. Bring your boat or rent one from nearby marinas. Bring your beach chairs and hang out by the water. Watch the sunset from the front porch while sitting in a rocking chair. Gas & Charcoal BBQ's are available for your use, with plenty of seating for dinning. Bring your ATV/OHV/Bicycle to ride on dirt trails 20 minute drive to Doe Mountain Tn.

Enjoy your stay at our lakeview tiny house retreat. With access to a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking your itch for water adventure will be thoroughly scratched! When you’re done with water fun come up and lounge by the fire pit, play some horseshoes, cornhole, or just Netflix and chill. The tiny house features a full kitchen and bathroom. Additional amenities include Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and picnic table, hammocks, and outdoor dog kennel.

Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.

This location is teeming with wildlife -Wood Ducks, Kingfishers, Bald Eagles, and Loons, hence the name. This tranquil Butler, TN retreat offers a dock with/ deep water access, 2 kayaks, a canoe, SUP & swim pad. Stargaze by the fire pit or play ring toss under the twinkle lights. Songbird Cabin is a two-bedroom, one-bath retreat 18 miles from Boone, NC. Set on the 26-acre Cornett Deal Christmas Tree Farm, it offers views of Grandfather and Beech Mountains. Guests can stroll the pond, explore open spaces, or enjoy outdoor games. The cabin features a Blackstone griddle for cookouts and a cozy wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. Visit Cardinal’s Nest Craft Shop, and note other rentals share the property while keeping its peaceful charm.
