Second time staying, perfect for my needs, thanks!

It's a truly beautiful house with a lot of space--three bedrooms and a half bath on the second floor, plus a first floor w/ kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, and a full bath. We stayed over the holidays and they had the living room decked out with a tree and lights, which was a very nice touch. It was too cold and rainy outside for us to be able to use the patio while we there, but it looked like it would be a very nice outdoor space during warmer months.

Had the best time with family. Place was so nice, very spacious and clean. The host (Jake) was very nice, respectful and always responsive. We did not have any issues, problems or concerns which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay with Jake. 10 out of 10 for this place.

This was our 2nd stay. Again we felt right at home. The house was clean and spacious. Sudha as usual is very prompt to respond with help if needed.

Paradise! I had a wonderful time at the Hutch House. The property is magical and I spent much of my time outdoors watching the wildlife and listening to the songbirds. The pond was especially beautiful at sunrise. I spent a week at the house for some relaxation before starting a new job, and it was just what I needed. The house was appointed with everything I needed during my stay. The kitchen in particular was stocked better than any Airbnb I’ve visited. A reverse osmosis faucet provided the best tasting water. There are of lamps for soft lighting as well as overhead lighting. The TV is modern and easy to use. Comfortable bedding. Richard was a perfect host and provided all information needed for an easy stay. Plus I was welcomed with a jar of the best apple butter I’ve ever tasted! I recommend Hutch House and hope to stay again!

We had a girls weekend away and stayed at the beautiful Gypsy Inn. I can't say enough about how beautiful and perfectly decorated the house was! It is such a warm and cozy house with amazing beds/linens, and all the perfect little touches! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. The weather wasn't great for us but we want to go back another time as there is so much within walking distance that we want to check out!

Wonderful stay in a great place and the location was perfect for our visit to Franklin. Check-in was a breeze and the place was very nice and well kept up. We had a very busy weekend and the location was great when it came to spending some time in Franklin and was easy to visit some of our favorite places downtown. Would definitely look to stay in the future.

I enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing 5 night stay at Country Cottage. Karen is a fabulous host with gracious hospitality! The cottage is clean with a comfortable bed, quality linens and cozy furniture. Everything you need is provided except your food and clothes. Karen and Tim have put a lot of care and thought in this home. I will definitely stay again when I visit my family in Bargersville and highly recommend to other travelers!

Our second stay at this Airbnb. Lovely place as usual. With the warmer weather this time, the outside patio at the 4Th St Bar was pretty lively until late hrs. In the wintertime, this wasn’t even a concern. On the other hand, the bar is convenient for great food and a good time.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here, Derek was super great with everything we needed including a flexible check in which was great as we came from outside of America! Everything was very clean especially all the Linens and towels! The lay out of the place was great we loved how open everything was yet the bedroom still had privacy but really spacious! As well as how much light was able to come in when we had the curtains open in the mornings was so nice to wake up with! Would highly recommend staying here! He also provided everything we needed like dishes and towels and extra blankets/ pillows! The neighborhood was also so beautiful, everyone was super nice and always lots of parking on the road! Everything we needed was within walking distance so it was nice to not have to use the car for a few days!

A quaint little apartment located in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to the city. A simple apartment that's well suited for short trips or anyone looking to stay outside the city.

The space was easily found, perfectly located if you want access to downtown Columbus on a safe street, and it was immaculately clean. Directions were communicated well and the host was quite responsive with clear communication. Definitely a great find if you're venturing to C-Bus! Also, Olesya's Kitchen has great Ukrainian food and professionwl but friendly service. The borscht, Beef Stroganoff and scones were delicious!

Eugenia's place was wonderful. It was a last minute booking for my wife's birthday and the entire experience was excellent. We enjoyed everything about the property - quiet and secluded, easy to find and get into, perfect location just north of Nashville with an easy drive to anywhere in the area. We will definitely be back!

We had a delightful experience! The space is beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeping accommodations were great and exceeded that of other locations. The wooded back yard with outdoor seating area allowed us to watch a variety of interesting birds as they came to the bird feeder. Very quiet - very private! Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

Other than a little trouble with the high-tech lock/deadbolt, this was a great stay! The place was spacious, clean, and "welcoming." Very quiet neighborhood. The host was very helpful through the tech troubles - responding immediately when called. Great customer service!

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !

We loved Ginger’s home and the location. Perfect for a weekend getaway. I will be looking into staying here again when we return to Indianapolis. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place was just WONDERFUL! We have been coming to Indy annually for the past 15 years, and using AirBnB for the last 7. This is by far the best place we have stayed at. Oddly enough it was 1/2 the price of spaces a tiny bit closer to the convention center, but the feel and amenities far exceeded downtown. The neighborhood and what it had to offer was an added bonus! Hopefully they will have us back!
