Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home including guest house. Main house is 1000 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath with open floor plan and full kitchen with large island. Guest house is 1600 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath and full kitchen also, and has a 700 square foot game room with 65” TV, pool table, ping pong table, darts, virtual pinball and arcade machine. The perfect place to hang out. Easily sleeps 8 people and would be great for 2 families or large family with teens. Everything is brand new.

We stayed in Franklin for my daughters college graduation. Whitney's place was so charming, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. We wished we had more time there so we could enjoy all the fun games, hot tub, pool table, and lovely yard and town. The extras were wonderful and made it so easy to feel right at home. I would recommend this great, historical home to anyone! We are actually hoping to get back in the fall to do some antiquiting and be so happy to stay at Whitney's again.

Rustic Chic in Charming Center Grove w Fenced Yard

I arrived a day before the other guests to go through the kitchen and I thank Home Base for delivering what I needed within the hour! The house was beautiful, beds comfortable, neighborhood quiet. Perfect location between the INDY airport and the IU Bloomington graduation. We were able to make most of our meals at the house with supplies from nearby Kroger, Aldi and Fresh Thymes. We loved having a charcoal grill! There isn’t a table to fit a group to, but the weather allowed us to take turns eating at the small patio table on the front porch. We enjoyed meals out and would recommend Our Table, Antilogy and First Watch, as well as a wine tasting at Mallow Run Winery. We were able to cast from our devices to the Smart TV in the living room. We made day trips to The Lilly House and Newfield Museum Complex in INDY and the Eskenazi Museum of Art, Monroe County, and Farmer House Museums in Bloomington. We if ever had another occasion to be in the area, we would stay again!
