Monthly Rentals in Johns Pass

Beautiful and romantic stay. Plenty of beach supplies to use. Very accommodating and peaceful. Loved seeing all the wildlife. Will stay again!

Mainstay cottage was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make supper and breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. It was located in a quiet area right on the river. We were able to walk and bike to the beach and restaurants. We loved that there was a washer and dryer available for use. We definitely plan on coming back next year for a longer stay.

The condo was quiet and clean. Everything that I could want was available to me there. Treasure island is a very beautiful area and I’m glad to see that things are coming back. Unfortunately because of the hurricanes, the elevator was not functioning but I was informed of this before I came and was offered a full refund.

The place was excellent! Hosts were very responsive! We did not rent a car but everything is walkable. They also have a trolley that goes to Clearwater. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room for 7 of us. Lots of beach toys and chairs. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. We made dinner a few nights so it was nice they had everything. The unit was on 1st floor and near the stairwell so made it easy to get up and down. Ocean was cold but pool was heated, which was nice. Some of Johns pass stores are not open yet but many are! We would definitely stay here again!
