Villa vacation rentals in Johns Pass

This was a perfect fit for me. I was attending a conference for a couple of days and needed something small and close to Stetson Law - Amanda was very responsive, very clear about how to access the space, and genuinely cared about my ability to get there safe and leave without any issues.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

We chose this location to spend the holidays with family. When we entered the house there was a christmas tree and christmas music playing which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was very cozy and was in a perfect location. It is a short walk to restaurants and downtown safety harbor.

Kary was an amazing host! Place was super clean and neat. She was super helpful with our stay. We loved the home it was gorgeous inside and out!

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also

Absolutely one of the best hosts we have had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Came over when the outdoor grill would not work, made a special trip to bring a new net for the pool, and even reached out before we arrived to see if we had a need for a stroller that she wanted to drop off. The house was very, very nice. The only area that I could see for improvement is maybe a little bit of updating to the pool area. However, our kids still really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

Very friendly host with a beautiful home. Upstairs bedroom & pvt bathroom with tv were very clean. I am happy i did not spend twice as much on a hotel room! This was my first air bnb stay & on short notice. I would definitely re-book in the future

Beautiful home with a great water view with lots of wild life to observe. Easy to get food delivered and off street parking. We loved this place!
