Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Located near a charming little village, very sunny, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountains and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night, the farm welcomes you. Lake Vinça is very close. We signal that the access is an unpaved path (800m) with a ford to cross ( the ford is currently dry). La Roca is a small rural core located in the middle of Valle de Camprodon. An idyllic setting within a stone house village literally hooked to the rock. Stone built, 3 bedroomed house in 12th century castle walls at the top of Joch village with a south facing terrace. The house is set in a beautiful area ideal for hiking, swimming, skiing and relaxing. It is 5 minutes drive from Vinca where you can swim in the lake. You will also find shopping facilities, bars restaurants and a bank.
