Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We loved our days in Joaquina, the view of the window is a masterpiece made by nature. The apartment was impeccable, a place of easy access and close to the beach, a place organized and really like the photos.Geison always attentive and ready to remove any doubt. we feel like going back!

Patrícia's apartment is very cozy! Me and my girlfriend stayed home office 1 month and it was very quiet. The Porto da Lagoa region is amazing. We were in a time when the two in front of the beach formed ponds of crystal clear water in the perfect temperature with a sensational landscape of the mountains. We surroundings have all kinds of commerce, the point of attention is that the market is about 20% more expensive than Curitiba, where we come from. But this is a matter of the island in general. Patricia in particular was very attentive and proactive. When I asked for help, I even got more than I had asked for. I recommend the stay.

Bruno is a legend! Everything about my stay was great. Bruno was very proactive, helpful and always responded quickly. It’s in a lovely area and is in such an ideal location too. The studio itself was perfect, it had everything I needed and I felt right at home.
