Very cozy space integrated with nature and the city, the house is an excellent space to receive a group of friends and families, it has a great location close to the three main shopping malls, national and international bakeries, the best markets, hotels, gastronomic tours, and excellent restaurants and cafes, on the way to the northern beaches, it is in the heart of the island, between the center, northern and southern beaches. The house is extremely comfortable, a mixture of wood, glass and stone. The most complete house.

The Studio has been rebuilt! The project was done thinking about making it new, cute and functional. It is close to the center of Lagoa, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue (with fee) , game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. (Payment via Airbnb or at the front desk)

You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
