Vacation rentals with a patio in Joaquín Zetina Gasca, Quintana Roo

This was a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Morelos and we would love to stay here again. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the beach and the restaurants. Kenny provided large beach towels, beach bag, backpack chairs, a large beach umbrella and bikes which all contributed to us having a very fun trip. The unit is comfortable and well situated. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Kenny is also very generous with drinking water, soaps, detergents and toilet paper to last through the whole stay. Kenny was very responsive and we appreciated the binder of instructions and recommendations. Our google maps did take us past the unit about 3 blocks, but since we passed the unit on the way, It was easy to find.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. probably the best experience in Airbnb so far. the building has everything needed, 2 pools in the rooftop, gym as well. shops and restaurants are at ground floor. the flat itself is wonderful with everything needed as described. highly recommend. the hosts are super reactive always finding solutions to problems. I'll suggest it to all my friends!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

We spent a wonderful week at Mi Mar! The view from both terraces was breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to Puerto Morelos. Considering the challenges of maintaining a beachfront property, we truly appreciated the unique details and creativity that went into the construction of this home—especially the stunning ceiling on the second floor and the way the palm tree shadows danced with the light in the fountain area on sunny days. While it’s not luxurious by typical U.S. standards, it’s a perfect vacation home for a group of 8 family members or friends. Appreciated owners fast communication and checking on us!

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

This place is exactly like the photos. It's well-equipped and has everything you need if you want to cook. The terrace is divine. You can enjoy a wonderful afternoon. The exceptional pool is huge. Great accommodation with a private hot tub, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we didn't have access to parking. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated even though it was out of his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it!!!

Amazing stay! Will come back in heartbeat. Highlight had to be the balcony. Can’t beat the amazing view. Margaret was also so kind and accommodating . We arrived in on a red eye and since there was no one in the unit prior she allowed us to arrive very early in the morning. We were so grateful after an overnight flight. Thank you for a great experience!!

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!
