Vacation rentals with a patio in Joaquín Zetina Gasca, Quintana Roo

This was a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Morelos and we would love to stay here again. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the beach and the restaurants. Kenny provided large beach towels, beach bag, backpack chairs, a large beach umbrella and bikes which all contributed to us having a very fun trip. The unit is comfortable and well situated. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Kenny is also very generous with drinking water, soaps, detergents and toilet paper to last through the whole stay. Kenny was very responsive and we appreciated the binder of instructions and recommendations. Our google maps did take us past the unit about 3 blocks, but since we passed the unit on the way, It was easy to find.

grissel siempre atenta, el lugar está hermoso igual que en las fotos, hasta tienes un espacio extra para comer en el exterior, es seguro y muy bonito, todo super limpio y bien ordenado, el balcón increíble para relajarte, toda mi estancia fue amena me encantó el lugar, tienen un súper precio la ubicación fue de lo mejor y grissel siempre estuvo al pendiente, 10 de 10, volvería a alojarme con ella seguro.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Ryan’s place was wonderful! The apartment looked just like the photos and was so beautiful and spacious! Having two balconies was wonderful, especially with a hot tub on the bedroom balcony! The rooftop was rarely busy and if on the off chance it was, there are 6 pools total to choose from along with a rooftop bar and sports bar to entertain yourselves! There was also a game room on the roof you could sign up to use at front desk which we used for playing pool and the room has couches, tv and kitchen for your own private use!! Overall the communication with Ryan, the location of the apartment and the actual apartment were absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Ryan!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

Andres was a great host—very communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect, just a block away from 5th Street where all the restaurants and shops are. We spent a wonderful week at Mi Mar! The view from both terraces was breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to Puerto Morelos. Considering the challenges of maintaining a beachfront property, we truly appreciated the unique details and creativity that went into the construction of this home—especially the stunning ceiling on the second floor and the way the palm tree shadows danced with the light in the fountain area on sunny days. While it’s not luxurious by typical U.S. standards, it’s a perfect vacation home for a group of 8 family members or friends. Appreciated owners fast communication and checking on us!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen und bewachten Bereich. Die Wohnfläche ist sehr groß und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Supermärkte, tolle Restaurants und der Strand von Puerto Morelos sind ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Vollständigkeitshalber möchte ich erwähnen, dass in deutschen Beschreibungen für Mexiko sicherheitsbedenken bestehen; dass ist wirklich völliger Unsinn. Wir haben uns in Cancun und Umgebung immer sicher gefühlt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Danke Sebastian.

La casa es espectacular, el sitio donde se encuentra localizada la casa es espectacular muy tranquilo con un parque infantil muy cerca puedes ver muchos animales silvestres. Muy recomendado para familias, indispensable contar con un vehículo para moverte por qué sin ello creo que puede ser difícil. Las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas de las 4 solo dos tienen televisión y baño privado, la otras dos comparten baño y no tiene tv. La piscina es espectacular con agua deliciosa y a temperatura ambiente muy apropiado para relajarse después de todo un día de playa. La recomiendo un 100%!!

Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de cualquier duda o necesidad que podía surgir , y ayudaban dando solución pronta

si nos sentíamos cómodos en las habitaciones,tiene bastante espacio para relajarse es un buen lugar, es una zona tranquila,lo único que al ir con niños, no se podía ver la televisión que para ellos es esencial pero en general estuvo cómoda la estancia se disfruto la alberca tanto la privada como la de las áreas comunes ☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome! Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

La casa se encontraba muy bien, la piscina excelente, solo un detalle con los insectos como cucarachas, normal por la zona, pero en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad súper bien, lo único que se recomienda es llevar vehículo para poder moverse por qué no hay muchos lugares para caminar y comprar algo, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Super beau logement avec un jacuzzi privé, le penthouse est comme les photos. La rue était en construction et nous n’avions pas accès au stationnement. L’hôte nous à remboursé le montant que nous avons payé pour stationner. Cela a été très apprécié même si c’était hors de son contrôle. L’hôte était très réactif et répondait rapidement. Je recommande vivement!!!

Amazing stay! Will come back in heartbeat. Highlight had to be the balcony. Can’t beat the amazing view. Margaret was also so kind and accommodating . We arrived in on a red eye and since there was no one in the unit prior she allowed us to arrive very early in the morning. We were so grateful after an overnight flight. Thank you for a great experience!!

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!
