Monthly Rentals in Joao Bom

We were happy in every way. And, of course, we're sad to leave this toe of tomatoes. It's in a magical place with a private, tidy garden. With nice neighbors. Our hosts Janine and Lino were quick to respond to all our questions and requests. They were courteous and thoughtful. We are truly grateful that they made our month-long stay, our honeymoon, unforgettable. If we ever spend time in the Azores again, there is no question where we stay. Stunning house in a fantastic location. Modern, upscale interior. Set a couple of minutes walk out of town so you get peace and seclusion and an amazing view but you can also easily walk into town for a coffee. Hiking trails from your doorstep. One of the nicest AirBnbs we've stayed at. The only slight negative is that the wall of windows at the front of the house makes occasional cracking noises with changes in temperature and weather which are a bit startling until you get used to them and then you tune them out.

Robert’s cottage is magical. It feels like something out of a fairytale! It’s cozy and rustic and has so many thoughtful touches. The yard is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. But the highlight… Milla the cat. She greeted us and led us up the steps. She snuggled with us in the evenings and reminded us of our cats back at home! She truly made the cottage feel extra special!! Thank you Robert!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hugo Filipe's BnB! The apartment was spotless, warm and stylish - truly a home away from home. The surrounding gardens were a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Hugo was an exceptional host: warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. His kindness made our stay even more special.
