Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

The place is very nice. Very relaxing. Even though it was a quick stay. It was pleasant. There is a small restaurant upstairs where the food is very good and the people are very friendly. Food machines at the front desk. Honestly, the place is very complete. The pool is huge and clean. And the apartment is very cozy. Everything is fine.

I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

Our stay at this property was incredible. We felt very secure, with a private gate guard and our own parking spot. The massive heated pool was the best part. Food and drinks were easily available. The location is convenient. A police station was at the subdivision entrance, and multiple convenience stores were nearby. Inside, the home had natural light from skylights in the kitchen and second bathroom. The AC units worked well, and hot water was always available. The area was quiet, with only bird sounds in the mornings. Driving to Cuernavaca was easy. Our host was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations. We highly recommend this property, especially for families. The pool, security, and convenience make it an excellent choice.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

We enjoyed our stay at the accommodation; we loved Santa Fe LifeStyle, easy to get to, very safe, clean, comfortable, and with air conditioning throughout the stay. The balcony, the pool, the parking, EVERYTHING arranged for comfort and enjoyment. Our host was very attentive, clear and easy instructions, everything within walking distance and effortless. And we loved it even more because of the proximity to places that are popular with tourists who like to be in the water all day (Las Huertas, El Rollo...) and because of the food (delicious recommendations from Baúl de Morelos) that is just a few minutes from the subdivision. We enjoyed the apartment from the first minute, and until the last minute, great from start to finish....!

Adriana’s place was so nice. One of our main concerns was having a place with AC. We had a hard time turning on one of the AC units but Adriana replied within 5 min and had the AC running perfectly. We loved how responsive and understanding Adriana was. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cool clean place to stay during the summer.

The house is incredibly spacious, the architecture and style makes you feel at home. The spacious rooms help you not feel so much heat. The garden gives it a touch that makes you feel at peace and at home. Upon arrival you can see the owners' attention to detail: from the very nice towels to a first aid kit. It is definitely my first choice to spend several days in Cuernavaca with my family.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!
