Apartment vacation rentals in Jijona

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Great hosts, Alejandro was available when needed and had great communication. The place was clean and very modern and spacious with great views!

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

A peaceful accommodation, a welcoming host with directions on where to eat, shop and walk that helped us a lot. A place to relax in peace but at the same time close to all amenities. I would recommend it 100%

Absolutely loved our stay at this seafront Airbnb! The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and breathtaking sunrises every morning. The property itself had such a relaxing vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our host was incredibly proactive and attentive—when we asked for a blender, they promptly provided a new one without hesitation. Communication was smooth and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. We had a fantastic experience!

We spent only one night and we were very comfortable. The apartment is nicer than the pictures. We would definitely repeat, we are thinking of coming back for more days.

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

A great location for everything. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, also the bus and tram stations. Would highly recommend.

He was proactive and always available to help throughout! The location is situation 15 mins walk from the city which was not bad!! The terrace is definitely a bonus!!!!

Good accommodation, modern and well-equipped. The hostess is very good. The place, somewhat secluded, quiet, with small coves nearby, better if you go by car, the "tram" passes every half hour and is not punctual... We left with a good taste in our mouths!

We had a pleasant two nights in Alicante. The room is clean and tidy, and well equipped. There is a big supermarket not far from the house. It is very convenient. You can cook your own meals. The kitchen is also well equipped with condiments. Looking forward to coming again next time!

An apartment located in the beautiful Pueblo Español private area. Close access to a small beach, 2 restaurants a footstep away. The apartment was great with a sea view balcony, and could comfortably house 6 people. We had a great time, and enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment, with the city and its beaches only a kilometer or 2 away. If we ever return to the Alicante area we're sure we'll be staying here again.

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is nicer than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I would love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The apartment is quietly located just outside the city and across the street from EUIPO. Advantages are in particular the quiet location, the underground parking directly at the elevator to the apartment and the good bus connection. A disadvantage of the apartment would at most be that the building is clairaudient. Mayte was easy to reach at all times and was available quickly and helpful with all queries. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We really enjoyed staying here. Pedro is a great host who is always available to help when needed.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!
