Sofa im Büro

Ich biete euch einen Schlafplatz (oder zwei) in meinem kleinen Büro (8 qm) mit Miniküche und eigenem Bad. Gegen den Straßenlärm gibt es sehr gute Schallschutzfenster. Der Baggersee mit Sauna ist 200 m entfernt, die Tram und viele Buslinien halten vor der Tür. Der nächste Supermarkt 200 m entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad (kann man bei mir für 5 € pro Tag ausleihen) ist man in 20 min in der City oder auf der Neuen Messe.

Die kleine, gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig zwischen Schloßberg und Mühlgraben. (Markt, Innenstadt, Stadtinformation, Burg, Tierpark, Bahnhof etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar). Vom Hochbett aus (Doppelbett) kann man den Sternenhimmel beobachten. Die Couch ist zu einer Schlafcouch ausziehbar. Eine weitere Matratze sowie ein Kinderbett können wir gerne zur Verfügung stellen.
