Next to our guesthouse, we have a house with 2 flats for 6 and 8 people, this is 5 min away from our guesthouse. These flats are completely self-catering and therefore also have a spacious kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, at the front is a balcony and at the back a terrace. Also included in these flats is the summer card with which you can enjoy many activities completely free of charge. The bus leaves 150 m from the house and takes you to the gondola in 10 min.

Our Apart Tschirgant has a size of about 40 m² and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, especially the Tschirgant, from the balcony. The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. We rent our log cabin in a very quiet location with wonderful views and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden for your use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.
