Safe and good for the whole family. Should be all you need in a house. I only live 10-15 min away, then if there is anything then I will not be far away. About 5 min from E6, and 5-10 min by car to Son center, and beaches. Nice hiking opportunities. No bus connection, so fine w/car. Space for several cars. In winter there are wood bags in the carport. 100,- per bag.
