Forestgrove is a Georgian House built circa 1840 set in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Guests will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea and coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. There is a sofa bed available which will attract a £10 per stay surcharge for linen.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

A luxurious Shepherds Hut for two on the outskirts of the vibrant cobbled market town of Kelso. (one mile) We are lucky to be in a tranquil spot but in close proximity of A roads. Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line.

Meadshaw farmhouse apartment is located a short drive up a good forest track. Plenty of parking, secluded walks from the door, peaceful, starry skies, views across the valley toward hills and river, secluded wild swimming a short stroll from your accommodation, and a log stove to relax in front of. Private entrance, lovely enclosed garden. Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.
