Great view of the water, bed was different but very comfy. Host went out of her way to add welcome sign so that was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place and would book again!

Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Even the first impression was that is far away from the city center, we realized this is a major advantage, the place is quiet and in a nice clean area, 7-8 min walking distance to public transportation which works perfectly. The park nearby Flevoprk is great if you want to jog or have a walk, and 3-4 minutes away is a very convenient minimarket. The place looks new, everything was great and exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable.

I’ve visited Amsterdam a few times and this has been one of the best spots I’ve stayed in. The location was amazing, lots of food spots and local supermarkets within walking distance. Very easy to get to central. The apartment itself was super cosy and matched our expectations, we loved it ! Felt right at home. The apartments right by the canal too. Sammie was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again !
