Apartment vacation rentals in Jasenice

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Well finished, furnished, & appointed flat with a lovely sea view balcony to unwind in. Attention to details for comforts of home. 5 stars stay. 5 stars host. Sad to leave after 4Ns. Recommend !!!

Manda a Boža jsou velmi pohostinní velmi milí a zároveň umějí zachovat vaše soukromí. Ubytování j na skvělém místě, velmi čisté a pohodlné. Mandě děkujeme za její výborné dobroty, které se nám jen tak objevovaly na stole. Mňam 😘

Ivana was a fantastic host. She is super friendly and welcoming, offered recommendations on walks and restaurants and a lift to the national park if I needed it! It is a fantastic location with a beach and supermarket a few minutes walk away and it was incredibly peaceful. The national park entrance is a 6 minute drive but I walked it every day which was a beautiful start to the days hiking Ivana's mum was also very friendly and always offering a smile when she saw you 😊 I'll definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. We verbleven 10 dagen in het appartement van Nikolina met een kind van 3 en van 1. Het appartement is prima. Het was super lief en fijn dat we de tuin wat eerder dan gebruikelijk, mochten gebruiken. Zo konden we buiten eten en konden de kinderen af en toe even buiten spelen. Ook was er een speeltuin op 100m van het huis en het strand was een paar minuten lopen. Restaurants, supermarkten en bakkers waren ook allemaal dichtbij. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra ontspannen. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Maja to wspaniały gospodarz, była bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiona i pomocna. Mieszkanie bardzo schludne, wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy były na miejscu. Idealna lokalizacja. Dziękujemy za pobyt 😍

La Casa molto bella e sopratutto pulita, i padroni di casa attenti alle nostre esigenze, molto gentili, una sera si sono anche offerti di cucinare per noi. Se dovessimo tornare in quella zona della Croazia torneremmo volentieri da loro. La consigliamo vivamente a coloro che vogliono fare le vacanze da quelle parti.

Twijfel niet wanneer je deze accommodatie overweegt tijdens een bezoek aan Kroatië. Het is FANTASTISCH! Met 15 min rijden ben je in het oude centrum van Zadar en je kunt de dag rustig beginnen en eindigen aan het zwembad op het platteland. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en gastvrij en het appartement is gewoon geweldig. Alles klopt en alles is even comfortabel en schoon. Absolute aanrader. Ik overweeg zelfs om terug te gaan naar Kroatië puur om nog meer tijd op deze heerlijke plek te kunnen doorbrengen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Mario et toute sa famille sont très accueillant et généreux je recommande ce logement, très bien situé à côté de la plage et de Paklenica Merci encore :)

The apartment is new and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. It is located a short distance from the beach (a 3-minute walk). It has a balcony with a sea view. Since the apartment was recently made available, we encountered a few minor inconveniences that can be easily resolved by the owner. The apartment includes a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, and oven (unfortunately, not working). One of the bathrooms is missing a strip to prevent water from flowing out of the shower, which may cause the bathroom to flood. There is a shared washing machine on the staircase, and there is parking in front of the building that can accommodate 4-5 cars. A grocery store and a restaurant are nearby. The owners are always available and have excellent communication. If we vacation in the area again in the future, we would gladly return.

Az apartman nagyon szép és felszerelt, pontosan olyan mint a képeken, tiszta és rendezett. A tengerpart alig pár perc sétára, nyugodt és kellemes környék, pihenésre ideális. Szuperül éreztük magunkat, tökéletes volt minden, a házigazdától pontos utasításokat kaptunk és mindig azonnal válaszolt. Bármikor szívesen visszatérnénk. :)

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Eine sehr moderne komplette eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sehr sauber!!! Eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung und eine tolle Lage.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit Google Maps nicht gefunden, weil in der Adresse die Hausnummer "3" gefehlt hat. Iris und die Nachbarn haben uns aber super weitergeholfen. Iris reagiert auf alle Anfragen prompt und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist der Hit!!! Vielen Dank an Iris :-)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und wie beschriebe. Bett ist auch sehr bequem. Nach einem Ausflug zurück kommen und in den Whirlpool springen, hat schon was. Und dann die Sonnenuntergänge… Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen.
