Queen size bed with mosquito net, down comforter and flanel sheets for a very cozy stay! Also a twin bed for one more. Seperate bathroom and shower near the parking area. One mile from Lake Davis and 10 min to the town of Portola! This is a residential area. We have two large and very friendly dogs. Please bring a headlamp, no kitchen appliences available.

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
