This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a family-run winery, at the entrance to the village of Davayé, overlooking the Solutré and Vergisson Rocks, the Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards.
