Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, coincide exactamente con las fotos, con ambiente familiar y un plus es que incluye desayuno. Está muy cerca de una estación del tren, hay tiendas cercanas.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y disfutrable, lleno de vegetacion y la decoracion acorde a lugar, si quieren pasar dias de paz, este es lugar, adicional que Roberto y Betsy son increibles anfitriones.

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

Excelente trato y súper cómodo

El lugar es muy agradable, tiene una psicina grande con trampolin y zona profunda, una zona intermedia y chapoteadero, además de jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno sencillo pero bien, fruta y jugos frescos, pan tostado y café. Sin duda repetiría.

Muy bonito cuarto y espacio, lleno de vida y plantas hermosas. Lo único que sugeriríamos cambiar son las escaleras para subir a tapanco, fueron difíciles de subir por su diseño.

Lugar tranquilo y con privacidad, entrada controlada y zona segura muy céntrica, muchas cosas a distancias cortas, siempre atentos y disponibles, definitivamente regresaríamos

Wow what an amazing time we had in ajijic and the hotel was amazing. It’s so lovely and in a perfect location. The follow guest were sand we made allot of new friends. We will be back !

What a beautiful place! We had an incredible time and enjoyed resting for a few days. The property is truly stunning and everyone was so kind. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Nice pool, friendly hosts, a lot of places to eat nearby, the beach is just 1 or 2 minutes from walking distance. Very much worth your money. Bring yourself a beach umbrella, you will want to use one when at the rooftop, and also at the beach. Other hotels charge you insane rates because of location or amenities offered, but Villa Mercedes is better located than many other popular places like PiñataPV or Posada de Roger, while being cheaper. I felt like the owners here are honest people, not trying to take advantage of tourists. Just give it a try, I did.

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Vero and Willy are two incredibly kind people. They were so welcoming and I felt right at home when I arrived. I worked remotely from the AirBnB for a few days and the wifi worked perfectly (calls and regular work). Breakfast was delicious. It was a quiet and cozy spot and I absolutely would recommend people stay here. Gracias por todo.

When I arrived at Valeria’s place, Cresencio welcomed me right away, letting me into the place to get a glass of water. As I had taken the 20 minute taxi ride from the airport directly at about 11:35, it was nice to be let in earlier. Being assured I could leave my luggage under his care, I as pleased to discover many reasonably priced cafés a block away in almost any direction. Check-in was at the established time & now I could go wandering about; the seaside promenade was just 3 blocks away. Crecencio offered some brochures & help with booking or info on any venued activities I wished to pursue. A copious, delicious, fresh breakfast & coffee was always ready at 8:30. The rooms are spacious & comfortable enough & represent a good price/ quality ratio. Valeria & her family are gracious & kind hosts. When you speak with them while they serve you breakfast, their main concern is how they can be of service to you. They are certain to enable a comfortable & fun visit to Puerto Vallarta

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, cuentan con mascotas que son muy dóciles y conviven muy bien con la gente. Un hostal cómodo, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para cocinar algo sencillo, en los alrededores hay súper y tiendita para lo que necesites.

En realidad un lugar muy cómodo para alojarse y disfrutar el centro de Tapalpa y el pueblo, se encuentra a unas cuadras del centro y es suficiente para tener tranquilidad. El agua caliente por la mañana escasea y dura poco seria el único detalle a mejorar junto con recomendar a los demás huéspedes el silencio en las áreas comunes. Excelente lugar para alojarse, sumamente cómodo.

This is an absolutely stunning home. Whether just to lay your head or get out and about this is the place for you. Surrounded by greenery and beautiful stained glass as they say they do not make them like this anymore. Hugo and his co host are incredibly nice and helpful Al’s them for recommendations I’m sure they will gladly help. If in Guadalajara again I’ll definitely be back
