Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

The cottage is centrally located on Chandos Lake, just 2.5 hours from Toronto and 15 minutes away from the quaint town of Apsley. In the summer, dive off the brand new dock into deep water or ease into shallow sandy waters on the custom stone staircase. Perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.
