The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October

The Alhambra Mill

Fabulous house under the alhambra, old mill with an age of over 300 years although it is fully rehabilitated, the house is located next to the romantic bridge of Darro race, a magical place to enjoy your stay in Granada. It is one of the most emblematic places of pomegranate, as it is located in front of a beautiful bridge. Recently, the house is seen" adapted in drawings" in the film by Tadeo Jones 2.
