Vacation rentals with a patio in Ixtapa

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

Estancia muy bien equipada, limpia y agradable. El personal de recepción, limpieza y quienes nos recibieron fueron muy amables. La vista hacia el mar y parte de la ciudad es espectacular. La persona que iba a limpiar cuando dejamos la habitación, fue tan amable de ir a buscarnos para decirnos que habíamos olvidado un par de camisas en el clóset.

Great little apartment and in a very central location

Great place to stay for a single or couple. Very quiet and peaceful, right on the beach. Easy check-in and check-out process. Felt secure. Would come back!

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

STAY HERE…if you want a beautiful, safe, quiet retreat, easily accessible to all Sayulita has to offer! Everything was perfect! We LOVED the A/C as well. This is our second time coming to Sayulita and would prefer to stay here again over our first accommodations-especially since the AC was throughout the entire house. We traveled with our teenage son, and it was lovely to have him downstairs with his own room and bathroom. Definitely enough space for the 3 of us! Hosts were lovely and attentive. I have nothing but wonderful words and memories for this beautiful spot! We will be back!

Great little house! The house was clean, spacious, and a good Airbnb! Dayan was so communicative and so easy to get a hold of. He helped us with some things and was very attentive. The house was very clean. We got uber to travel so everything was perfect and not too far. Definitely recommend if you want to save $$ but also stay in a good place.

The location was walking distance from the Malecon and the beach. Highly recommend. Condo A was great for us since it was next to the small pool and the roof top. The only downside was that there was no elevator for guest but if you can walk up a few flight of stairs I recommend it. we had the best view from our condo.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

I was glad to have found this listing as I booked the day of going. The space was exactly as pictured the swimming pools that were on the property were great especially the rooftop swimming pool. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Sin duda es el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado, el departamento maravilloso , se nota que le ponen cariño a todo lo que hay en él y al servicio que realizan. Todo espectacular, de calidad.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The condo is gorgeous and has a private beach and huge pool and feels so safe and the margaritas are $5 by the pool! All the staff are so amazing and sweet and helpful and alejandra and Julio made sure our stay and check in went smoothly! Could not suggest this place any more it was so amazing we will be back!!!!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
