Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

we needed place to comfortably sleep four adults and two kids and found this gem! It had all the amenities we needed in a nice location for our day trips. It provided enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other the whole week. Haley was quick to respond when the Internet router wasn't working and the TV remote in the bunk room was missing. Tip: the light switch in the master suite controls the plug. 🙂 She even ordered a new TV remote for the bunk room! We enjoyed cooking most of our meals at the house. Plenty of plates, cups and cutlery so we didn't have to wash dishes constantly. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Minutes from everything it seemed. Only drawback was it needs a new BBQ grill, which they now about and plan to replace. Private outdoor space was a bit small but very nice. Great communication, very easy to get along with.

Fairly quiet place. Other guests in the unit above can be a bit distracting. The place offered complimentary snacks and local beverages. QR codes throughout the unit to assist with any questions. 7' ceilings so it feels like you're in a basement instead of street level. All tile floors throughout with throw rugs. Alexa was a fun bonus to use to listen to music. Nice size TV. All cupboards were labeled in the kitchen. Made it easy to find anything you may need.
