Beautiful place to stay. Location was idyllic, beautiful and calm. The stable was decorated beautifully, very charming. And Sally was incredibly helpful, gave lots of information and suggestions and was very quick to respond. We would love to visit again sometime soon.

I’ve stayed several times here. Each time is better than the last. Vivienne is a wonderful host, and provided a cornucopia of items for breakfast. And lots of extra touches that made me feel very well cared for. The guinea fowl that thinks he’s a dog was adorable! And it’s the perfect place to stay if you want the peace of the countryside. At the back are heavenly fields, which had buttercups and butterflies. And a woodpecker landed on the tree next to my chair! An absolute gem of a place.

We had a great stay at Peter and Sue's place. They have been amazing hosts – they gave us a warm welcome and local recommendations. The place was super clean and peaceful and a great starting point to explore Lydd and the area. Super recommended!

louisa was a wonderful host. responsive and provided us with some treats left for our arrival. really well designed and lay out unit. and peaceful hope the hot tub is in action in the future!
