We had a wonderful stay at Rob’s Air BnB the kitchen had everything we needed, the place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the extra touches like a towel with a hood for our toddler and the slippers! We could have comfortably stayed for a couple more nights the location and welcome was wonderful.

★ 16th Century Courtyard Cottage at the north edge of Lake District ★ 【 Richard was a warm welcoming host and our family had a wonderful stay here at the Sandstone byre 3-storey, deep in beautiful countryside with fine views to the Pennines & Hadrian Walls 】 In the morning or evening you can enjoy walking in the garden, the room is so cozy & classic also the kitchen is full of amenities. Recommended!!

One of the best AirB&B ever and matches the name “Retreat” for a relaxed holiday. I always love pure white decor and the place is spotlessly clean. We had complete privacy and tranquility of the countryside. Everything is well-provided as a home away from home. Loved the aroma fragrance as soon as walked in and little things for kids to enjoy: board games, kids TVs and the private garden is just amazing. Judy is super responsive and just a message away via the AirB&B chat. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to coming back soon.
