Welcome to your home away from home. The apartment is located in an old city villa from 1906 and was completely renovated (2022). A fully equipped accommodation in a central location in HDH awaits you. The city center as well as shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance, as are the companies Hartmann and Voith (and many more). All areas are for your use only. The quiet neighborhood and green surroundings make the property an ideal place for work and relaxation.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The White Owl at the organic farm

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

Large apartment at the foot of the Swabian Alb

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The 1 room apartment is ideal for vacationers, fitters, transient travelers or even business people. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Various supermarkets, bank branches, as well as restaurants where you can eat delicious are nearby and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The beautiful Spitztal with great walking path and the Gutenbach is around the corner.

It offers a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, workspace, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Aalen and Oberkochen with ZEISS and other major employers are within easy reach. Free parking at the house. Long-term stays are welcome.
