Quiet and cozy, this two-storey house is located in a private area of 4.5 acres, surrounded by cypress and olive trees and can acommodate up to five people. It is only 8 km away from Lefkada and 1 km away from the village of Tsoukalades. It is also close to the most beautiful and vast beaches of the island, such as Pefkoulia (4 km) and Kathisma (10km), as well as the picturesque village of Agios Nikitas (6 km).

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, you can see fish and star fish. We have 2 kayaks for 2 people each and 4 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are traditional restaurants, mini-markets, bars and 2 beaches.
