The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. But it has magnetism, a natural grace, and an energy-giving power which draws in those who need renewal, uplift and inspiration in their lives. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The plot is 2 squere meters with outdoor furniture , BBQ , parking and one entrance with gate. With every reservation you charged with tax for the climate change wich is 8€/day and it is payed to the Airbnb platform .
