It is only 8 km away from Lefkada and 1 km away from the village of Tsoukalades. It is also close to the most beautiful and vast beaches of the island, such as Pefkoulia (4 km) and Kathisma (10km), as well as the picturesque village of Agios Nikitas (6 km).

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, diving, you can see fish and star fish. We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

They are centrally located where you have easy access to a mini supermarket and a great restaurant (Petrino). There are walking trails that leads you to quiet a few beaches and lots of exploring. The kitchen is fully self catering and with conditioning. There are also beach towels available as well as beach umbrellas and toiletries. "A home away from home"
