Monthly Rentals in Ithaca

Location and pet friendly accommodation were the primary factors in booking here! Only 5-8 minutes to downtown, cozy bedroom, very walkable neighborhood, and appreciated on-site parking (I didn’t have to drive at all during my stay).

We stayed at Evan's place for 4 months and had a wonderful experience. We loved the deco style, and the apartment was very clean. Evan is a very friendly host and quick to respond to our messages. The internet got disconnected once, and we had problems with the front door lock a couple of times. Evan's local team took care of everything on the same day. Bill is also very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If the area rugs can be replaced with new ones that would be even greater!

beautiful place, cozy and well maintained. some of the dishes were not quite cleaned all the way, but other than that the place was spotless. would absolutely stay again when in the area!

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at. Lindsay was very responsive and the check-in and out process was seamless. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
