The space was clean, spacious and the view is priceless. The host was clear, very professional and posted instructions inside answered every question from the TV operations to the shared deck on the lake. Was very impressed and would easily stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

We've stayed here a couple of other times, and it's always a wonderful experience! The apartment is clean and well furnished, and the location is incredibly convenient—very walkable to anything in downtown Ithaca, and a short drive to Cornell and surrounding areas. Jan is responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone!

Laurene saw to it we were comfortable throughout our stay, even putting the A/C units in early in the season to keep us cool. The location is a quick drive into Ithaca, 10-15 minutes depending where you are going. Buttermilk falls and Ithaca Beer Co. are a few minutes away. It’s a nice, small and affordable place to stay for a few nights. Everything was clean, beds comfortable and she keeps basics for cooking as well as coffee pods and Keurig machine. The shower stall is a bit tight, it was fine for myself and for my 5’10” son, but larger folks may find it difficult to use. All in all a great value!

We loved Lisa’s place. Lovely apartment. Clean, comfy beds, nicely appointed kitchen. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, donut shops, Ben & Jerry’s, Seneca Lake, and much more. We hiked Watkins Glen State Park, visited many local waterfalls. Many wineries and breweries are nearby. Wonderful weekend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Chance was very nice and hospitable. The place was very peaceful and quiet. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, weather wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Third time we’ve stayed here and will again! Bucolic surroundings. Halfway between Ithaca and Trumansburg, we find it very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and David is a fantastic host. We love all the little extras and the quaint decor.

Branka was fantastic. My son and I were on a road trip and didn't have yet a place to stay that night. she arranged everything within 30mn. What could have been stressful ended up being a relaxed evening.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

This really was a lovely stay. The home is perfectly situated near some beautiful historic buildings and homes in Montour Falls, which is just a few minutes drive from Watkins Glen. A two minute walk gets you to an awesome local water fall. It doesn't take long to feel at home. Comfy furniture, great natural light, a selection of books that you actually want to read and fun games to play with the family. The kitchen has just what you need including some pantry items. We had a great time here.

If you are visiting The Southern Tier of NY, Diane’s place is where you must stay. This gorgeous loft-style, upscale home is also perfect for parents visiting their kids at Ithaca College or Cornell. It is incredibly spacious, but feels homey too. I was visiting my son for Christmas, and we enjoyed a very special holiday together here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with Everything!! I actually didn’t even rent a car & walked to shops and restaurants even in December with no problem. The bed is very comfortable, nice large bathtub and modern laundry. Diane is incredibly kind and responds immediately to any requests. Highly Recommend!
