We love the stay! The house is simple, but very cozy and well cared for. The social space with the barbecue and the pool was a highlight, perfect for enjoying the time together. The house is also pet-friendly, which is great. The town is very calm and quiet, close to the beach and the avenue, being able to do everything on foot.

The house is extremely airy, comfortable and wide, both internal and externally. The building is yet another full residence and is very close to the place of entertainment. Everything we needed, the house had. Walking to the beach was fast and pleasant. Altevir was a very special host, as in addition to being polite and attentive, he left a treat for my birthday. A true gentleman.

We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

Our stay was simply wonderful! We spent four days in this lovely place and have only compliments. Cris and her husband were extremely caring, sweet and friendly, always ready to help and make the experience even better. The apartment is super comfortable, identical to the photos and well equipped, next to a market and close to restaurants, despite being on an avenue it doesn't have much noise which was good to rest. It was the first time I used airbnb, I had no references other than people's references and reviews... so as this helped me a lot, I would like to give my sincere feedback: valerio extremely attentive, answering questions and giving tips... the apartment has nothing to talk about , those who book this apt will not regret... because everything has everything that is described and much more... for example the shower is excellent... outside the extremely perfect place for my stay with my 3-year-old baby, perfect for family, security easy locomotion... tranquillity! We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment matches what is advertised, everything is very clean and well maintained. It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

the beach itself has no structure of kiosks and chairs, but it is very quiet and the apto offers umbrellas and chairs.

My family and I are very well hosted! The photos match what you find in the house, everything is clean, beautiful and organized. Not to mention that we don't have to worry about carrying a lot of luggage because it's all super equipped for both apartment and beach use. The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. Even Carlos gave us an electric pava that did not exist in the apartment, I send us a new one!!! Very happy with the attention and predisposition he always had.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it!
