Fernão is a great person I had the pleasure of meeting on the beach. Very quiet, he gave several tips about the place before we went and was super helpful when I needed it. I highly recommend this place!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

One of the best accommodations I've taken my family to, close to the beach, large space with swimming pool, rooms with comfortable beds, complete house. Very attentive host.

Everything is in good order with the rental. The house is very comfortable, a few meters from the beach, which is a big differential, all organized. The host is very nice, quiet. The point that could be adjusted would be the check-out time, after all a check-in at 2 pm and a check-out at 9:00 am is quite complicated, however, it was reported on the listing. I believe that a check-out at 11hrs or 12 hrs would be ideal, as it would have a sufficient time for cleaning and subsequent check-in of other tenants. Anyway, taking this detail from the time the rest was very fruitful.

Beautiful house, beautiful place, matches the description and photos, the rooms are actually larger and more comfortable than what you see in the photos. We went as a family, and there were many of us. We were super comfortable. The house is prepared with everything to receive a lot of people. The beach is just a few meters away, and the place is very quiet. Arnaldo welcomed us in an excellent manner and was always available for whatever we needed. Excellent place, we had a beautiful family vacation.

The ap is incredible, impeccable, super-equipped with several appliances, had chairs and sunscreen, the bed and bath linens were new of quality and were fresh and smelled, had air conditioning in all the comforts working perfectly, the chuverios were delicious. Iolanda was extremely helpful, always responding with promptness and kindness. The condominium is a side show, wonderful pool, game room, sports courts, bocha cacha, garden, skate track, pet space and even food truck. I would definitely stay again, one of the best aps I've ever stayed with.

We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

The Red Sobradinho is charming, cozy and bright. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is great! We were even able to appreciate the Caiçara culture in the throwing of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

Wow!!! It was a memorable time with the family. We truly felt at home. Everything went perfectly. The apartment is beautiful, beautiful, cozy and has a VIEW, oh my GOD, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL... facing the beautiful sea of Caiobá... everywhere I looked, there it was, imposing and beautiful. Fabio and his beautiful wife welcomed us so kindly, we felt Special. Every detail was designed to make us feel welcomed and at home!! Everything is fragrant and clean. White towels... haha that's delicious. It has all the utensils and dishes, pots, platters.... that we may need and of great quality. And there are welcome gifts... that you'll have to go there to find out about.... lol.... but it's really, really worth it. We'll be back soon, for sure!!! Fábio and Tati, thank you very much. Mara's place is amazing! Beautiful apartment, great taste, it was clean and has everything you need! Well located, right on the sand, in the best place in Itapoá. I just loved everything! Mara and her husband responded promptly when needed. I highly recommend it! I want to come back soon 😍

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and tidy and with all the necessary items for a good stay. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and super comfortable rooms. My team and I were working and were able to use the pier next to the property to board, which was essential for our logistics. Edenilson and Angela were available all the time. We will definitely return to work and also for leisure with our families!

Excellent accommodation, very well-equipped space. Daniel was super nice, provided a guide so we could see the nearby sights, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very close to the beach, on a super quiet street, the region is a delight for those looking for a quiet place to rest out of season. Super clean, decorated accommodation with everything we needed for a stay. There are restaurants and bars nearby, with super affordable prices.

Excellent space, it also has a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Everything you need in a kitchen is available. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Globo play on rainy days were also essential. Very close to Prainha, even if you leave about 10 minutes before sunrise you can admire this spectacle. Marcus is an excellent host, very helpful and responded quickly to any request. Very nice accommodation, with an extremely pleasant view. We went to a sporting event where we needed to wake up early and were presented with a magnificent sunrise. Both Mariana and Ana have always been helpful. In addition, the building's caretaker was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We only have to thank you.
