Is it safety, comfort and quality of life that you are looking for? Then, you've found it! Come and enjoy the singing of the birds, the cool shade of the trees and the tranquility of a calm place! There are two lots, one with a soccer field and swimming pool, the other with a two-story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a giant L-shaped sofa and a TV with more than 2000 channels, internet in all rooms... a recently renovated kitchen and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, industrial stove and a wood stove, too

Sea front house.. feet in the sand

House on the sand The view is indescribable, a dream to wake up and have a nice breakfast overlooking the sea. We offer great Wi-Fi, SmartTV, excellent barbecue space, a vegetable garden and a large garden to enjoy. The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a well-equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.

Comfortable and cozy house in the heart of Itapoá; 3 minutes walk from Second Pedra Beach. We are close to supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, restaurants and snack bars; but the house is also equipped for chefs and cooks; from barbecue to paellera. 8 people can be accommodated peacefully! The garage holds up to 3 cars. And there's still a great backyard to enjoy! It's a delicious Jacuzzi to relax. It's a perfect place for your vacation! <3
