There are 3 bedrooms (2 with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a smart TV and comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen integrated with the gourmet area, a gazebo with a barbecue grill and a large table. Supermarket 100 meters away and we live nearby, always available for whatever you need.

This house is like a ground floor apartment, it's not an inn, The rental is only for one family at a time. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the family that makes the reservation. Swimming pool with sanitized water, no chemicals, cleaning is done before 9:00 a.m. The pool can be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. I live upstairs. My husband and I do not use the pool while there are guests. We take care of the outdoor common area, patio, garage, and pool. We do not provide towels.
